Description:
PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only). According to the tradition of Cava de' Tirreni the Pulieri were the towers from which dove hunting was practised. In common language, Il Piliero means tower that can be seen on the hill in front of the villa. Owned by the family since the 1980s, the villa is located on one of the hills surrounding the town of Cava. Located in a park that includes two other villas (also owned by the family), it has been expertly restored maintaining its old flavour. Entering the garden and enjoying the panorama of the surrounding hills, it seems very far from the active and lively town centre of Cava de' Tirreni. The centre of the house is the large and bright open-plan area on the ground floor with living and dining area whose large windows overlook the garden, creating constant communication between indoors and outdoors. All the rooms on the ground floor have direct outside access, creating a pleasant union between inside and outside. The four bedrooms are located on the first floor. The swimming pool, of an elegant octagonal shape, is well equipped with gazebo, umbrellas and a pergola next to the house furnished with sofas, which allow you to fully enjoy life in the open air and the mild Mediterranean climate that characterises this region. We are about an hour from the renowned pearls of the Amalfi Coast such as Amalfi and Ravello. A few minutes away by car, the vibrant centre of Cava de' Tirreni offers a lot to the visitor, from shops for basic necessities to bars, restaurants, bistros and, obviously, pizzerias where you can sample the specialty of the region, renowned throughout the world, the Neapolitan pizza.
