The house, on a slightly raised floor, has a beautiful view of the marina of Portoverde with its unforgettable sunsets. The proximity to the beach and to the Lido Restaurant, located in front of the house, offers guests the possibility of benefiting from various services directly in the property for a stay in total comfort.

Interior:

The entrance to this marine-style house leads into the small living room with kitchenette. This is the main room of the house, very comfortable and welcoming, with a dining table and a sofa from where you can watch TV. From here a small corridor leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms - one double and one with bunk bed - and the bathroom (without bidet) with a large shower stall.

Park:

The outdoor areas, even though not very large, are well maintained and equipped with every comfort. They are the beating heart of the house and this is where guests will spend most of the time. The garden is totally fenced with iron grate and reeds. The house is surrounded by a raised platform in natural wood where the solarium and relaxation area is located, with sunbeds, large dining table, sofa, armchairs and a fantastic heated hydro-massage tub. There is no shortage of large shaded areas thanks to the presence of elegant and functional triangular sails. In the area below is a small garden partly covered with white stones and enhanced by the green of the plants: palm trees, reeds, banana trees and oleanders. In this area is a shower, ideal for cooling off on hot days and for rinsing off after a regenerating swim in the sea. Relaxing outdoors during the last hours of the day will be an unforgettable experience: with the colours of the sunset, the fresh sea breeze, the lights of the port, the passage of the boats and the song of the seagulls. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Location and distances


La Casetta del Pescatore faces the sea in front of the port of Misano Adriatico and has the great advantage of being a seafront villa along to have direct access to the beach and main services. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
  • you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater toughtlessly.

"EMMA", OUR NEW APP FOR SMART SERVICE Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties will be supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
  • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
  • the purchase of additional services, hospitality (extra cleaning, in-house chef, first grocery shopping, etc.) and experiences (food and wine tours, guided tours, etc.)

Chef at disposal - Half Board

A dedicated private chef who will take care of preparing breakfast and, at your choice, lunch or dinner. Each menu is fully customised and crafted down to the smallest detail, taking into account your preferences, any allergies, seasonal ingredients, and high-quality local products.

Available days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Price per day: 650.00 €

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

Chef available for meal preparation, service (with a waiter for groups of more than 9 people), final kitchen cleaning, time spent shopping.

 

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Ingredients and beverages. The chef will shop according to the client’s requests and will be reimbursed upon presentation of the receipt.

 

NOTES:

The chef and staff are usually required to be accommodated within the villa. If accommodation is not provided inside the villa, an additional cost may apply, depending on the need or possible travel expenses.
