PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only - CITRA CODE: 008008-LT-0480). Il Gabbiano is a characteristic apartment in a small building set in a panoramic position overlooking the Ligurian Sea. It has been skilfully renovated while maintaining unaltered the typical local flavour without renouncing comforts such as the Jacuzzi tub with sea view in the garden. Il Gabbiano is located just above the seaside town of Bordighera in one of the westernmost areas of the Riviera di Ponente, a few kilometres from the more fashionable Sanremo and Nice. Clients will appreciate not only the simple, modern style but also the great livability of the garden and the portico facing the Ligurian Sea.

Interior:

Il Gabbiano is a ground floor apartment with independent entrance with a splendid sea view. The entrance to the property is from the garden with a beautiful portico and an elegant outdoor lounge with satellite TV. The portico leads directly to the modern, fully-equipped kitchen; to the right of the kitchen is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while behind the kitchen is a triple bedroom with direct exit out to the garden. The property includes a garage suitable for a medium-sized car and an outdoor parking space.

Park:

The 300 sq m fenced garden extends along the front and side of the property where privacy is guaranteed by the curtains and the canopy. The main part, paved in teak, contains the dining, relaxation and sunbathing areas, while in the perimetral and lateral areas, covered by lawn, is a hedge that guarantees even more privacy. At the side of the property in a secluded position, but always with a panoramic view, is the jacuzzi tub that can comfortably accommodate 4 people and it is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The exterior is equipped with a beautiful outdoor kitchen, facing the sea, equipped with two grills. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
  • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
  • the purchase of additional services, hospitality (extra cleaning, in-house chef, first grocery shopping, etc.) and experiences (food and wine tours, guided tours, etc.)
