Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (LEASE ONLY). Halfway between Genoa and France, in the Ligurian Riviera delle Palme, in the characteristic borgo of Loano, famous for its climate and beautiful scenery, is Villa Elda. It is a restored, modernised farmhouse standing in a dominant position with a splendid panoramic view that stretches from the new port of Loano to the island of Gallinara and Alassio. The property is divided into two apartments with independent entrances. On the top floor lives the owner, a very private person. The villa is surrounded by green olive trees and has a characteristic solarium area with a beautiful panoramic swimming pool.

Interior:

Villa Elda is an apartment in a typical, two-storey farmhouse. The main entrance goes into a large, bright living area characterised by rounded walls that divide the various areas; a TV/relaxation area with ornamental fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen with direct access out to the portico with outdoor dining area and small kitchen. To the right of the main door is a service bathtoom and a double bedroom. From the living room, a precious Finale stone staircase leads up to the living of the first floor hallway used as a relaxation area with access to a terrace with sea view and, continuing along a corridor, to the sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms, served by a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower. The laundry is located in a room with external access.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a level fenced garden with a lawn planted here and there with olive trees to create natural shady areas. At the front of the villa is a tiled solarium area surrounding the swimming pool and a masonry portico set up with dining area and outdoor kitchen connected to the two rooms of the main living area: the kitchen and living room. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The beautiful, irregular-shaped swimming pool lies in a panoramic position at the level of the ground floor which is just a few metres away. With ceramic lining, it measures approximately 15 x 13 m with the depth varying to 1,80 m. Entrance to the pool is via Roman steps. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

I think quality matches the price. We had some difficulties with air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. That was solved quickly by the owners.

I think quality matches the price. We had some difficulties with air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. That was solved quickly by the owners.
