Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Liberty Albisola is a restored ‘Art Nouveau’ villa, originally built as a summer residence for an aristocratic Genoese family in the early 20th century. Situated a stroll away from the beach, restaurants and shops of Albisola Superiore, the location is convenient and scenic. Nestled in a lush garden, the villa spans four levels including a veranda, three double bedrooms, a billiard and games room, with distinctive Liberty style features throughout, such as decorated ceilings, columns and artworks. A terraced botanical garden with a lawn, pool, outdoor dining area with a portico and a wood oven set the scene for al fresco meals and relaxation. Supermarkets, beaches and train connections are within walking distance, and the historic centres of Savona, Noli and Genoa are all easily reached by car.

Interior:

The villa has four levels. FIRST FLOOR – Main entrance with hallway; open-plan living and dining area; kitchen with direct access to the upper garden; study-reading room. Internal staircase (22 steps) to SECOND FLOOR – Small hallway; double bedroom; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with en suite bathroom (hydromassage tub) and walk-in closet with access to a large veranda. Staircase (20 steps) to THIRD FLOOR – Double bedroom and bathroom with tub, accessed via an attic room with two single beds. From the entrance hall, a staircase (13 steps) leads down to the GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan room with fireplace, billiard table, table football and card table; bathroom with tub; laundry room; French window with direct external access near the entrance gate.

Park:

The grounds cover approximately 600 sq m on two slightly sloping levels. The garden includes a wide range of trees and plants such as palms, pines, magnolias, giant mimosas, cypresses, strawberry trees, dwarf maples, fruit trees and flowering shrubs. The pool lies on the lower level, bordered by a lawn and stone paving. The upper level, adjacent to the kitchen, features a covered dining area with a portico, wood-burning oven, barbecue, outdoor lounge area, and bathroom with shower. There are two gated entrances and a parking area for three cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Located on the lower level of the garden, the pool is rectangular and measures 12 x 6 m with a maximum depth of 3 m; lined in light blue PVC; chlorine purification system; four semi-circular Roman steps for access; internal lighting. The pool is bordered by lawn and paved with stone; two perimeter lamps provide additional lighting. A changing room is available. The pool is open from the first Saturday of April until the last Saturday of October.

Chef at disposal - Half Board

A dedicated private chef who will take care of preparing breakfast and, at your choice, lunch or dinner. Each menu is fully customised and crafted down to the smallest detail, taking into account your preferences, any allergies, seasonal ingredients, and high-quality local products.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

Chef available for meal preparation, service (with a waiter for groups of more than 9 people), final kitchen cleaning, time spent shopping.

 

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Ingredients and beverages. The chef will shop according to the client’s requests and will be reimbursed upon presentation of the receipt.

 

NOTES:

The chef and staff are usually required to be accommodated within the villa. If accommodation is not provided inside the villa, an additional cost may apply, depending on the need or possible travel expenses.

Extra cleaning

Tidying up rooms and bathrooms

The room and bathroom refresh service includes an intervention aimed at restoring order, cleanliness, freshness, and comfort to the spaces.

This service does not include deep cleaning, but it ensures a tidy, welcoming, and functional environment for guests throughout their stay.

Available days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Price per day: 247.00 €

The activities include airing the rooms, reorganizing the spaces, making the beds, replenishing used linens, and performing a general check of the room and bathrooms.

The replacement of the full linen set is not included.

The tidying of common areas is not included.


Full Cleaning

The full cleaning service of the property involves a thorough intervention aimed at ensuring hygiene and order in all areas, without including linen replacement.

Price per day: 494.00 €

The activities include:

  • Cleaning of floors, surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Sanitization of bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, countertops, and appliances.
  • Complete dusting of furniture, shelves, and decorative elements.
  • General inspection of the condition of the spaces and attention to small details to ensure a neat and well-maintained appearance.

This service, which does not include linen changes, ensures that the spaces are thoroughly clean and ready for use.

Linen & Textiles

Additional bed and bathroom linen

This service provides additional bed and bath linen, in addition to what is already included according to the booking conditions.


Price per piece: 19.00 €

The service includes:

  • Provision of extra sheets, pillowcases, and blankets for the beds.
  • Provision of additional towels, bath mats, and bath linens.

The service does not include bed-making or the cleaning of used linen, but it ensures that guests always have fresh and sufficient linen available according to their needs.

Baby Amenities

Noleggio culla aggiuntiva

This service provides an additional crib beyond the one already available at the property, for guests traveling with infants who need a safe and comfortable place for the baby to sleep.


Price per piece: 90.00 €

The service includes:

  • Delivery of a clean, assembled crib complete with bedding.

The crib provided is a travel cot for infants.

Please note: Renting the additional crib does not automatically guarantee the use of the crib already included in the rental price, for which it is still necessary to request and obtain confirmation from the Emma Villas concierge.
