RICEPTIVE STRUCTURE. A perfect place to surround yourself with the tranquility and silence of an uncontaminated countryside, ideal for those wishing to spend a recharging holiday from the stressful and frantic city life. Cà Quattrocchi is a farmhouse made up of two large apartments.

Interior:

The cottage is divided into two spacious apartments for a total of 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Both apartments have access from the ground floor. "Falco" is a ground-floor apartment with a large living room with fireplace and a sofa, three double bedrooms, two of which have one additional single bed, and each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower. For the use of the guests there is a loggia with a table and chairs for relaxing and dining outdoors. "Pettirosso" is a ground-floor apartment with a large living room, two double bedrooms, one with a single bed, both have private bathrooms with shower. Guests have access to the front garden with a gazebo with table and chairs, for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Park:

Outside the large terrain allows you to better enjoy the beautiful natural landscape that surrounds the house, with barbecue, table tennis, table football, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi area, perfectly harmonized with the surrounding landscape. The pool measures 6x12 meters, is 1.40 meters and will be open from the first Saturday in June to the last Saturday in September.

Location and distances


To reach the house you need to drive for about 3.5 km on a gravel road running through forests of oak and hornbeam trees with charming landscapes popping from behind the flora. The town of Apecchio, where you will also find all the main services, is about 5 km away. This area is famous for craft brewers both in Italy and abroad; you can visit them for beer tours and tastings, while some restaurants offer menus with dishes based on local beers. There are trails for hiking, trekking, canyoning and river bathing. About half an hour away is Sant'Angelo in Vado with the unique mosaics of the Domus of the Myth, and a little further there is Mercatello sul Metauro (an Orange flag for one of the best mediaeval boroughs in Italy). In less than an hour drive away there is the beautiful Urbino, an UNESCO World Heritage city.
