Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Located in a quiet garden of olive trees, this farmhouse boasts superb views over the valley, the hills and the Apennine mountains. The property is fenced and made of three independent apartments, each one with its private outdoor area.

Interior:

Giuseppe, the largest apartment, is on the first floor (you will reach the apartment through an external ladder) and here you will find a living room, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a second twin bedroom with French beds (120 cm) in the mezzanine area, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with shower and bath. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a sofa as well as a wide veranda at the entrance. Luca, an apartment for up to 4 guests, is on the ground floor and it has a bright living room, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers. Last but not least, Alessandro, the smallest apartment, which is perfect for a couple: here you will find a cute living room-kitchen, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a Wi-Fi Internet connection. Guests will also find a laundry area with an iron and ironing board.

Park:

This villa is fully equipped for unforgettable summer and winter holidays. It has a wide porch and a big pool with a hydromassage angle as well as a garden equipped with sofas, tables, and chairs for eating outside. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool, equipped with hydromassage, measures 6.6x13.5 meters and is 1.40 meters deep. It will be open from the last Saturday of April to the last Saturday of September.

Thanks to the location of this villa, you can easily reach some of the most interesting towns of the area and you can enjoy local delicacies in typical restaurants. During spring and summer months, the area offers a lot of outdoor activities for example trekking and hiking in the beautiful hills and mountains of Le Marche. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. In about 20 20-minute drive you can also reach the Adriatic Sea coastline in Fano with free sand beaches or equipped beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, playgrounds, bars and restaurants. Historic towns such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in just 10-20 minutes.
