Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Deda is a farmhouse located just 13 km from the sandy beaches of Fano. The villa with a swimming pool is completely fenced and enjoys privacy with a garden where you will find beautiful old trees.

Interior:

On the ground floor, we find the living room, large and bright, the dining room attached to the kitchen and connected to the porch equipped for outdoor dining. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a hallway with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower. A living room furnishes the porch that surrounds the house on two sides. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a suite consisting of a study, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the annex next to the swimming pool there is a changing area.

Park:

Outside there is everything you need to relax in the open air. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool measures 15x7 meters, is 90/2.50 meters deep, and will be open from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October.
