Description:

RICEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Elettra is a beautiful Marche farmhouse with a swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, air conditioning, and views over the village of San Costanzo and the sea. The villa is only 8 minutes from the coast of the Adriatic Sea.

Interior:

On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and two large living rooms with access to the porch, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the dependence, also with air conditioning, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Park:

The external area is completely fenced and extends over an area of 3000m2 used as a park with a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, and solarium. Furthermore, at guests' disposal, there are table tennis and table football. In the external area, there are aromatic herbs, rosemary, and olive trees. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool measures 12x5 meters, has a depth of 1.40 meters, and will be open from 1 May to 1 October

The farmhouse is located in the municipality of San Costanzo and in a few minutes you arrive in the pretty village where the main services are located such as shops, bars, pharmacies, banks, and post offices. Marotta and the Adriatic Sea can also be reached in a short time, where there are beautiful sandy beaches, excellent fish restaurants, entertainment venues, cycle paths, many activities, festivals, and events throughout the year. For wine lovers, many excellent wineries are located in the surrounding hills where you can taste or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are about 15 kilometers away and are two tourist destinations for lovers of the sea but also of culture and history because they offer beautiful historic centers. Urbino, the capital of the Renaissance and UNESCO site, can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.
