Description:

RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Ashram combines oriental charm with Sicilian allure, creating a Zen atmosphere that envelops the entire property. Inside, it is tastefully furnished, with a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the veranda. The villa is situated on the shores of a picturesque artificial lake, surrounded by water lilies and bamboo, within an organic farm cultivated with citrus fruits, olive trees, and tropical fruits. The natural beauty of its garden and the harmony of the pool make this place ideal for those who love peace and tranquility. A well-kept garden with palm trees and ornamental plants ensures total privacy. The villa’s strategic location, just 5 km from Castelvetrano, allows for easy access to the unspoiled beaches of the coast, the natural reserves, and the archaeological sites in the area, such as the Selinunte Archaeological Park.

Interior:

The villa is on one floor and is divided into two units, with an additional annex . From the main entrance, you enter the unit with the living area organized in an open plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen, all overlooking the veranda and pool. The adjacent unit houses the sleeping area. At the entrance, there is a hallway with a panoramic window and three double bedrooms (one has divisible bed) with en-suite bathrooms with showers and panoramic views of the olive trees and bamboo. The washing machine is located in an external room. The annex is accessible through the garden in just a few steps. It is entered via a French door and three steps, and consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Park:

The property is surrounded by a lush garden, where the greenery of the plants harmoniously blends with the crystal-clear blue of a sparkling pool. Palms, olive trees, bamboo, and water lilies provide refreshing shade on hot summer days, while bougainvillea adds an exotic and colorful touch. A small path leads a short distance from the villa to the breakfast area under an elegant pergola with a stone table. The park is completed by a parking area and a room with a washing machine. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool, open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October, is located on the same level as the villa, just a few steps away. Rectangular in shape and equipped with Roman steps for access, it measures 8 x 4 meters and has a variable depth between 1.20m and 1.40m. It features a saltwater purification system, and the surrounding solarium, adorned with exotic plants, is equipped with sun loungers and a seating area in the adjacent veranda. In the evening, the soft lighting around the pool creates a magical atmosphere, perfect for an evening under the stars.

Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
