Interior:

The villa is spread over two floors, both with direct access to the outside. GROUND FLOOR – Large living area with kitchen, dining area, and lounge opening onto the main terrace, which is shaded by a sail and furnished with a dining table; one twin bedroom (beds can be joined) with en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower; one guest bathroom; one laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Spacious living area opening onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the pool, Cefalù, and the sea; one double bedroom (with a bed that can be separated) with en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms (with beds that can be separated), both featuring a loft area with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by palm trees and gardens with sea views. It also features spacious terraces for outdoor dining, a playground, and a large swimming pool with sun deck. Guests can also enjoy a ping-pong table and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a cooktop, sink, lava stone grill, gas oven, wood oven and charcoal barbecue. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is large and irregular 9 mt x 6 mt., and deep 1,4mt to 1,7 mt. The purification system is salt. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.

The owner, Stefano, was very kind and gracious. His response time to our questions was quick and satisfactory. We all loved each having our own en-suite bathrooms with showers. The home was outstanding - very new and modern. We appreciated some beer and wine that was provided as well. Overall it was the perfect place to have a family reunion. Thank you, Stefano!

Tidying up rooms and bathrooms

The room and bathroom refresh service includes an intervention aimed at restoring order, cleanliness, freshness, and comfort to the spaces.

This service does not include deep cleaning, but it ensures a tidy, welcoming, and functional environment for guests throughout their stay.

Normally, the pool is available starting from a specific date each year, established based on weather conditions, scheduled maintenance, and the operational standards of the property. With the Early Opening option, guests can request that the pool be prepared and opened earlier in the calendar year than usual.

The service includes:

  • Early preparation and activation of the pool systems.
  • Any additional maintenance required to ensure full functionality and safety.

The service is subject to a technical assessment by the property management, which must verify feasibility based on weather conditions and the status of the property.

Extended opening of the swimming pool

This service allows the pool to remain accessible beyond the standard closing date set in the facility’s seasonal calendar.

Price per service: 190.00 €

Normally, the use of the pool is allowed until a specific date of the year, established according to weather conditions, scheduled maintenance, and the facility’s operational standards. With the Extended Opening option, guests can request to extend the use of the pool beyond the closing date set in the seasonal calendar.

The service includes:

  • Keeping the pool systems operational beyond the official season end date.
  • Any additional maintenance work required to ensure full efficiency and safety during the extended period.

Activation of the service is subject to a technical assessment by the property management team, which must verify its feasibility based on weather conditions and the condition of the facility.

Grocery & Pantry Service

First shopping service

This service is designed to make the guests’ experience even more comfortable, providing them with a supply of food and essential items for their stay. It spares guests from having to stop (perhaps after a long journey) to do grocery shopping before arriving at the property.

The service assigns a staff member who will contact the guest directly to collect a personalized shopping list and take care of the purchase.

The requested products will be delivered and arranged in the villa before check-in, so that everything is ready upon arrival.

Additional baby cot

The villa is surrounded by palm trees and gardens with sea views. It also features spacious terraces for outdoor dining, a playground, and a large swimming pool with sun deck. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

The pool is large and irregular 9 mt x 6 mt., and deep 1,4mt to 1,7 mt. The purification system is salt. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.

The owner, Stefano, was very kind and gracious. His response time to our questions was quick and satisfactory. We all loved each having our own en-suite bathrooms with showers. The home was outstanding - very new and modern. We appreciated some beer and wine that was provided as well. Overall it was the perfect place to have a family reunion. Thank you, Stefano!

The villa was outstanding, beautiful pool area, outdoor kitchen and lovely en-suite bedrooms with super comfy beds. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The room and bathroom refresh service includes an intervention aimed at restoring order, cleanliness, freshness, and comfort to the spaces.

This service does not include deep cleaning, but it ensures a tidy, welcoming, and functional environment for guests throughout their stay.

This service includes the provision of a minimum set of two additional towels intended for use at the pool or in outdoor relaxation areas. It is designed for guests who require extra towels during their stay, for families or large groups, or for extended stays.

Normally, the pool is available starting from a specific date each year, established based on weather conditions, scheduled maintenance, and the operational standards of the property. With the Early Opening option, guests can request that the pool be prepared and opened earlier in the calendar year than usual.

The service includes:

  • Early preparation and activation of the pool systems.
  • Any additional maintenance required to ensure full functionality and safety.

The service is subject to a technical assessment by the property management, which must verify feasibility based on weather conditions and the status of the property.

Extended opening of the swimming pool

This service allows the pool to remain accessible beyond the standard closing date set in the facility’s seasonal calendar.

Price per service: 190.00 €

Normally, the use of the pool is allowed until a specific date of the year, established according to weather conditions, scheduled maintenance, and the facility’s operational standards. With the Extended Opening option, guests can request to extend the use of the pool beyond the closing date set in the seasonal calendar.

The service includes:

  • Keeping the pool systems operational beyond the official season end date.
  • Any additional maintenance work required to ensure full efficiency and safety during the extended period.

Activation of the service is subject to a technical assessment by the property management team, which must verify its feasibility based on weather conditions and the condition of the facility.

Grocery & Pantry Service

First shopping service

This service is designed to make the guests’ experience even more comfortable, providing them with a supply of food and essential items for their stay. It spares guests from having to stop (perhaps after a long journey) to do grocery shopping before arriving at the property.

The service assigns a staff member who will contact the guest directly to collect a personalized shopping list and take care of the purchase.

Price per service: 71.00 €

The requested products will be delivered and arranged in the villa before check-in, so that everything is ready upon arrival.

The cost of the purchased products is not included and must be paid separately at check-in

Baby Amenities

Additional baby cot

This service provides an additional crib beyond the one already available at the property, for guests traveling with infants who need a safe and comfortable place for the baby to sleep.
