The majestic, green mountains of the Madonie National Park form a magnificent backdrop to the sandy beaches of Sicily’s northern coast. It makes a heavenly setting for this fabulous holiday villa.

Interior:

Open the front door into a light-filled, open plan kitchen and dining area. It forms a wonderful central hub for gathering together. In the warm summer months, slide open the glass doors and dine outside on a wide terrace complete with dining table and cushioned sitting area. It is a fantastic place for admiring panoramic views across the sea, stretching from the Aeolian islands on the horizon to the lighthouse of Cefalu. Head down the stairs to three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sitting area. Open glass doors from here and step outside to the inviting pool and green garden lawn. When it’s hot outside, have a refreshing swim then soak up the sun on a lounger. A shaded sitting area nearby is ideal for relaxing with a good book or cooling drink. Cook up a storm in the kitchen inside or fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast outside, the choice is yours. Ground floor: Open plan kitchen (with air-conditioning) with dining area opening to the garden and dining terrace, cloakroom. Stairs down to the lower ground floor: Sitting room (with air-conditioning) opening to a terrace, double bedroom (with walk-in wardrobe) opening to the garden, with en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower, a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and a double room, with joinable beds, also with its direct access to the garden. From Sant'Ambrogio, the country road winds up through pine and olive trees to the sleek wooden gates of Villa Rita. They open directly into a verdant, private garden which surrounds the villa and its sparkling pool. Villa Rita was created by its Italian owners as a stylish and practical holiday home for their family and friends to enjoy. Outdoor starts with the large, partially covered, terrace. In the shade of the cover are a dining area with space for 6 and a lounge area. All with a stunning view out to sea. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is 1,20m deep and approximately 8 x 4 m. From its solarium complete with sunbeds and umbrellas you can soak up the sun as well as take in the incredible views. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.

We had the most amazing stay the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The views were breathtaking. We did a cooking class at osteria bacchus in Sant ambrosia which is the local town and the food was incredible.

The final booking price includes the Insurance Policy for Villa Stay Cancellation,
which reimburses you for the cancellation penalties, provided for in Emma Villas’ general terms and conditions, in the event of:
  • Sudden illness or accidental injury of you and/or the stay participants
  • Death or hospitalization of you and/or the stay participants
  • Hiring or dismissal by the employer of you and/or the stay participants
  • Court summons for you or the stay participants
The insurance will be valid for all participants whose names are registered in the appropriate form.

  • Healthcare with Operations Centre 24/7;
  • Vehicle Assistance to and from the place of stay and for the entire duration of your holiday; (zona "rossa" o impossibile da raggiungere a causa di restrizioni ufficiali alla libera circolazione);
  • Healthcare for family members left at home;
  • Reimbursement of medical expenses;
  • Repeat Trip Guarantee that reimburses the unused portion without deductible in the case of medical return home or early return home.

ZER0DEP COVER - by Emma Villas (Mandatory) 99€ each reservation This guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
  • you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater toughtlessly.

"EMMA", OUR NEW APP FOR SMART SERVICE Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties will be supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
  • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
  • the purchase of additional services, hospitality (extra cleaning, in-house chef, first grocery shopping, etc.) and experiences (food and wine tours, guided tours, etc.)
