Interior:
Open the front door into a light-filled, open plan kitchen and dining area. It forms a wonderful central hub for gathering together. In the warm summer months, slide open the glass doors and dine outside on a wide terrace complete with dining table and cushioned sitting area. It is a fantastic place for admiring panoramic views across the sea, stretching from the Aeolian islands on the horizon to the lighthouse of Cefalu. Head down the stairs to three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sitting area. Open glass doors from here and step outside to the inviting pool and green garden lawn. When it’s hot outside, have a refreshing swim then soak up the sun on a lounger. A shaded sitting area nearby is ideal for relaxing with a good book or cooling drink. Cook up a storm in the kitchen inside or fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast outside, the choice is yours.

Park:
From Sant'Ambrogio, the country road winds up through pine and olive trees to the sleek wooden gates of Villa Rita. They open directly into a verdant, private garden which surrounds the villa and its sparkling pool. Villa Rita was created by its Italian owners as a stylish and practical holiday home for their family and friends to enjoy.
Outdoor starts with the large, partially covered, terrace. In the shade of the cover are a dining area with space for 6 and a lounge area. All with a stunning view out to sea.

Swimming Pool:
The pool is 1,20m deep and approximately 8 x 4 m. From its solarium complete with sunbeds and umbrellas you can soak up the sun as well as take in the incredible views. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.
