The villa consists of a central unit, where the common areas are located, and seven units (four on the ground floor and three on the first floor), all with independent access and not internally connected, for a total area of about 900 sq m. The swimming pool, located in an area in front of the villa's main façade, can be reached in a few steps across the garden or down a short flight of steps. Rectangular with Roman steps, it measures 7 x 15 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 1.50 m. Internally lined in PVC; internal and external lighting; cold-water shower; a salt purification system. The solarium area of approximately 300 sq m is equipped with sunbeds, armchairs, umbrellas and small tables. In an adjacent annex is a bathroom with shower. Open: from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
