The only thing I missed, but it is not a big issue, is a second bathroom or a seperate toilet.

Check in and out went fast and easy. Daniele, the owner is a nice and calm host. He let you know on advance when the pool wil be cleaned.

You had the type of properties we were looking for. Good quality and we wanted a pool for our children

Left it quite late to ask about returning the insurance form. We were lucky we had a computer with us to be able to do it.

ZER0DEP COVER - by Emma Villas (Mandatory) 99€ each reservation This guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
  • you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater toughtlessly.
