Interior:
Casale Ansedonia (180 sqm) is on two floors connected by an internal staircase. From the loggia on the ground floor the door opens onto a studio entrance, with a stone staircase and handrail to the first floor, connected to the hallway leading to all the rooms on the ground floor. The fully-equipped kitchen is connected to the large living room with dining area, with exit to the garden and living area, with Smart TV, ornamental fireplace and exit to the pergola used as an outdoor dining area. A double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as the guest bathroom, open onto the hallway. The ground floor is completed by the laundry room with entrance from the outside. On the first floor, the hallway from the staircase leads to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with terrace, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub. Fifteen metres from the villa, opposite the pergola, is the annex (14 sqm) with a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Between the side French window of the living room and the loggia of the entrance door, a large parasol shades the table and chairs. Swimming Pool:
The private swimming pool for the exclusive use is located on the same level as the house and annex which are, respectively, 15 and 10 metres away, in an area of the garden delineated by vineyards. Reached across the lawn, this rectangular pool, measuring 12 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.4 m, is lined in PVC and has salt purification and 6 steps for access to the water. The lawn solarium is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a hot-water shower. There is manual lighting inside the pool and twilight lighting in the surrounding lawn. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
